4-Week Training Package
You must first complete the Initial Consultation/Assessment

($190 per week)

- Customized training plans (16 written plans)
- Weekly remote reassessments (4 online meetings)
- Review of your training sessions
- Custom graphs and charts
- Email and text support during business hours
- Coaching, cheerleading and support
8-Week Training Package
You must first complete the Initial Consultation/Assessment
$1440
($180 per week)
