FAQs about Dog Training

Do you train all breeds?

Yes. We work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages — from 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs. Breed-specific reputations don’t determine what a dog is capable of learning, and we approach every dog as an individual.

What's the difference between private coaching and day training?

With private coaching, your trainer works with you and your dog together, so you’re learning right alongside your dog. With day training, your trainer works with your dog one-on-one while you’re at work or going about your day, then coaches you on what was covered so you can maintain the skills. Many clients combine both.

How many sessions will my dog need?

That depends on your dog, your goals, and how consistently you’re able to practice between sessions. We’ll give you a realistic picture after your Jumpstart Session, which is specifically designed to assess your dog and create a customized plan.

Do you offer virtual training?

Yes. Virtual sessions are available for clients outside our in-home service area or for those who prefer remote support.

Will my dog lose their personality?

Not even a little. Force-free training builds confidence and engagement — your dog stays exactly who they are, just with better communication between the two of you.
